Dr. Theresa Council, Au.D.

Since childhood, Dr. Theresa Council has always known that she wanted to help people and contribute to the healthcare field. This calling led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a certificate in Linguistics and American Sign Language from Temple University in her hometown of Philadelphia, PA. Theresa’s curiosity about communication and language was deepened there. It was during this time that she discovered the profound impact of hearing on a person’s ability to connect with the world. This revelation sparked her interest in audiology, ultimately leading her to earn her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

It brings her immense joy to help people hear better. Hearing is a fundamental aspect of our daily lives – it connects us to our loved ones, our environment, and the music that moves us.
Dr. Council is committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and personalized hearing healthcare to every patient. Her goal is to work with people to understand their unique needs and find the best solutions to treat their hearing loss, helping them reconnect with the sounds that matter most.

Theresa cherishes spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys listening to music and especially loves experiencing live music at concerts.
